Your grief is deeply personal and unique to you.
At ‘Grief Matters 4 All’, we understand that, and we are here to support you through it.
Our mission as a social enterprise is to offer compassionate, comprehensive and culturally sensitive support to anyone facing loss.
We aim to walk alongside you to help you feel a sense of inner peace and calm, to help you find meaning and purpose in life once more.
Loss comes in many forms
Grief is more than just bereavement; it can rise from divorce, separation, or many other challenges such as health issues, bullying, or career loss.
We’re committed to inclusivity, ensuring that individuals from all ethnic backgrounds and the LGBTQ+ communities find a safe, supportive space with us.
We recognise the diverse nature of grief and its impact on various facets of life. That’s why our services are tailored to meet the needs of each individual, regardless of their background. From educational resources, workshops, support circles and retreats to specialised training for schools/organisations, we provide a range of opportunities (in-person and online) for healing and recovery.
Our sliding scale and funding options ensure that our services are accessible to everyone, reinforcing our belief that no one should have to navigate grief alone. We are here to listen, to see you, and to walk alongside you on your journey of healing. Let us be your partner in finding peace, strength and hope amidst loss.
My name is Dipti Solanki, and welcome to ‘Grief Matters 4 All’– a journey that I have embarked upon to make a meaningful difference in the grief support space.

My story with grief began when I lost my mother as a teenager. Not having the right support led me through anxiety and depression. But then, my eyes and heart were opened by the power of grief support. This ultimately led me to becoming the Grief Coach I am today.
More recently, I lost my beautiful Dad to COVID, which took me back to a place where I was unable to find the help I really needed. Here, I discovered the need for accessible, and truly inclusive, grief support. This venture is dedicated to, and inspired by my wonderful Dad, Pravinbhai Nagla. His compassionate spirit is the wind in the sails of this project.
I am a qualified Grief Coach, Educator and Therapist. However, the real learning has come from the people and communities I’ve engaged with over the past fifteen years. Their stories, courage and resilience continue to inspire my work every day.
No one should feel alone or misunderstood in their journey of grief. I understand the fear and isolation that loss can bring. I also know how hard it can be to find the right support that really gets you. I know the pressure and expectation to be strong, whilst feeling overwhelmed and having to pretend to be okay. In reality, your heart breaks a little more every day.
Pushing down the pain and wearing a mask for the world eventually takes its toll. Whether this be physically or emotionally, ‘Grief Matters 4 All’ is here to help you through the healing journey in a non-judgemental and loving way. Together we can create compassionate spaces, heal and grow through the heartbreak of grief.
I promise you are not alone.
With love
